Once being the Union Trust Company Bank, Union Trust is rich with history as it has been transformed into a lavish wedding venue. Offering historic ambiance with a flare for modern design it is a hot spot for weddings and events. One of the best parts of this venue is you don’t have to search high and low for a caterer as you have the illustrious Finley Catering to serve you on your day.
Kathryn and Jamie didn’t let a rainy day get them down. During portraits it started pouring so we all ran to seek shelter under a gazebo nearby. Instead of letting it ruin their moods they laughed it off and we had a fun time waiting for it to pass. One of the groomsmen even doordashed umbrellas for everyone to use during the rest of the pictures. It did stop raining and we were able to get the rest of the photos without umbrellas but knowing they were so laid back about it really helped keep the day on track!
Kathryn and Jamie met while working on a cruise ship (Below Deck Anyone??). They started their relationship traveling the world together and wanted to make sure it was a big part of their day. Their guest book was a globe, each table name was a place in the world they have traveled to together. It’s always fun when couples have fun stories that they can incorporate into their day.
The entrance to reception at Union Trust is a special one. With two photographers you can capture both from the front and back. Being up on the balcony makes for a grand entrance for sure!
