Venue

If you’re on the hunt for a stunning backdrop for your wedding day, you definitely need to check out Whitemarsh Valley Country Club! This place is like something out of a dream, with its manicured lawns that create a sense of tranquility from the moment you step foot on the property. The landscape is ideal for capturing those beautiful portraits that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Whether it’s just you and your partner or your whole bridal party, the tall trees and lush greenery provide an enchanting setting that just can’t be beat.

Details

I love when wedding details are cohesive throughout the day, it helps to elevate the overall experience. When couples take the time to ensure all the details flow it really shows. Meghan and Kevin chose blue as their main color for the day. From the elegant blue invitation suite which was enhanced with pops of pink, gorgeous blue patterned vases on the reception tables, and the incredible blue bridesmaids dresses everything was perfectly curated. They also went as far as to add a beautiful blue emblem on the dance floor which helped tie the whole room together.

Bridal Party

Bridal party portraits are sometimes overlooked or rushed to get to other shots throughout the day. But, these shots are just as important, they capture laughter, joy, and all the unique personalities that make up your bridal party. They are your support crew, hype squad, and longtime friends. Each member brings their own personality to the photos and that makes the moments extra special. These photos are also a great time to get rid of any pre wedding jitters!

First Dance

First dances can sometimes be stressful for couples, getting up in front of everyone and dancing in front of them can seem a little daunting. For couples like this, considering a choreographed dance is something that can help ease the nerves. It is the perfect way to feel more prepared when you have your first dance. Doing a choreographed dance is also a perfect opportunity to have dates prior to the wedding. With all the stress that can go along with planning it’s nice to have something to do for the big day that offers a break from timelines and phone calls.

Parent Dances

Parent dances are always heavy on emotion. Meghan and Kevin decided to take that emotion and raise the bar even farther. Meghan started dancing with her dad and as they were dancing they invited all the dads and daughters up to join them. Kevin and his mom did the same thing when they danced, inviting all moms and sons up to dance with them. It was such a sweet way to include their guests. It was also so emotional  for people and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t tear up watching all the parents get to share a special moment with their kids.
