Suraya

Lauren and Jared decided to have their engagement session at Suraya, a popular Philadelphia restaurant that is one of their absolute favorites. I love when couples pick places for their engagement session that holds a lot of meaning to them. It’s fun to see couples reminiscing in their favorite places and it adds a super personal touch to photos. With the entire restaurant to ourselves, we were able to create a relaxed and intimate space for the perfect photos.

Suraya’s vibrant decor and cozy outdoor space were the perfect backdrop, which complemented their personalities really well. I felt like I was capturing them at a fun date night instead of a full on session. You could really see how much they enjoy being together. From cute laughs to sweet moments, the session was full of perfect photo ops.

Lauren and Jared are tying the knot at Switch House in Philly in August 2026, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for them. If it’s anything like this session I know it’s going to be full of laughter and lots of love!
