Venue

The Ballroom at Ellis Preserve is a sought after wedding venue right off of Philadelphia’s Main Line. This venue feels elegant without being overly formal. With its stunning architecture and gorgeous ballroom, it offers a timeless feel that photographs beautifully all day. It easily adapts to all different wedding types with a mix of old world charm and modern elegance.

First looks

By now I think everyone knows I am a lover of first looks. I think they are intimate, private and extra special for couples. Maddy and Frank took it a step further with their first look. After his first look with Maddy Frank had another equally as important first look with their daughter. I love having the opportunity to capture moments like this, for Maddy and Frank their wedding day wasn’t just about the start of their family it was a continuation of the family they had already created.

Ceremony

Their ceremony was held on the grounds at The Ellis Preserve. It was a perfect day weather wise and the sun shone down perfectly for the ceremony. There was a romantic glow around Maddy and Frank as they said “I do” to each other. It’s always special watching friends and family look on as couples promise forever together. Special took another meaning with Maddy and Frank’s daughter right next to them as they started the next chapter.

Flower girls

Controversial topic but one of my absolute favorite parts of a wedding day is kids. There is something so touching about having a younger generation watching on as a couple makes their vows. The adoration and excitement from little ones are photos I never pass up on. Maddy and Frank had an entire flower girl crew at their day. Four flower girls in their adorable white dresses, it was such a sweet thing to witness.
