David’s Country Inn

Venue

David’s Country Inn is a stunning restored Victorian mansion, which was built in 1840. From getting ready to dancing the night away David’s Country Inn supplies it all. They offer a getting ready suite with it’s own salon stations as well as a bridal attendant. Ceremonies are a dream here as they offer a gorgeous indoor space as well as an outdoor courtyard with a dreamy fireplace backdrop. Their chef has been serving guests for 25 years so you know you are in good hands when you book with them!

Flatlays

If you know me you know I love flatlays. Molly and Jimmy had the perfect invitation suite. I loved getting to find fun ways to display them so that they photographed their best. With loose florals and flatlay trays the pictures came together really well. I love getting to use my creativity to make sure

First look

Molly and Jimmy had an adorable first look on the patio of the inn. The greenery on the walls made for the perfect backdrop for photos. Getting to capture the first look is always something I look forward to. It’s such a special moment for just the bride and groom so that they can take some time with just each other before the craziness of the day fully begins.

Bridal party

When taking pictures with bridal party it’s important to make sure a couple gets pictures with each individual member of the party. Each bridesmaid gets a few solo shots with the bride and each groomsmen gets some solo shots with the groom. This is always fun as the groomsmen and groom usually end up taking a couple silly photos which I always make sure to add to the final gallery. Bridesmaids are usually a little more traditional with these pics. It’s always so fun watching a bride and groom interact with their favorite people for these special moments.

Ceremony

David’s country inn has the perfect indoor space for an intimate ceremony. Molly and Jimmy said their “I do’s” in the sweetest ceremony. Surrounded by family and friends it was so easy to see the love that filled the room. Molly and Jimmy also had the perfect dip as they walked back down the aisle. They had the brightest smiles as they entered this new chapter in their lives!

Reception

cocktail hour into reception had such a fun atmosphere. I’ve never seen this before but they had Vinny Mozzarella at cocktail hour making mozzarella balls for guests. It was the perfect addition to a cocktail hour and everyone was ecstatic to get some (myself included). Reception followed with some super sweet speeches and emotional parent dances. And as always I love watching my couples on the dance floor after the stress of the day is over. Molly and Jimmy knew how to party and capturing them with their friends and family dancing away made me want to join in on the fun!
