Glen Foerd is a breathtaking mansion venue on the Delaware river. If you’re looking to have a large wedding this is the place to be as they can accommodate up to 300 guests. With lush grounds and waterside access you won’t be disappointed. From getting ready in the morning all the way to your after party Glen Foerd doesn’t miss a beat.

Getting ready

The bridal suite at Glen Foerd is stunning so it’s very easy to capture beautiful pictures there. Olivia had the perfect dress and veil combo which just enhanced the overall beauty of the suite. The veil over the bust created a classic and unique look for photos. Olivia also had her mom, sisters, and niece help her get ready which is always special during a wedding day. It’s not only a way to add them to an important moment but it is also calming being surrounded by family.

Couples portraits

I love when couples are flexible during portraits. We were able to get the perfect mix of editorial, classic, as well as candid moments. The photos themselves offer a classic and crisp aesthetic made even better by Olivia and Michael’s demeanor during photos. From their comfort with each other and their willingness to try different prompts it would have been hard to get a bad photo of them.

Groomsmen photos

There’s never enough commotion for the groomsmen. Sometimes they are harder to capture because the guys are usually not as comfortable in front of the camera as the girls. If Michael’s groomsmen were uncomfortable they definitely didn’t show it because they absolutely crushed it. They went into every prompt with the best attitude and it truly reflects in the photos. 

Reception

After a day of formalities it’s always exciting getting to watch a couple and their guests let loose at the reception. I love seeing people from all walks of a couples life join together on the dance floor in the most epic celebration of love. For Olivia and Michael they were also able to add a sweet moment for one of their groomsmen as it was his 30th birthday. It was certainly a day none of them will forget!
